Pilates
Pilates is a versatile, low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Focus is on core strength and integration to support stability, mobility and balance throughout the entire body. This can be achieved through mat exercises using various props and also on specialized equipment such as the Pilates Reformer that uses spring resistance enabling the body to work from the core. Pilates evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates: concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breath.

Barre Flow
Barre Flow is a fun & energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, yoga and Pilates that will tone and define the whole body. It is a great way to strengthen and stabilize the core, pelvis and shoulder girdle. Props often used: dumbbells, yoga mat, resistance band, ball and chair or counter top to use as a barre. Dance
Dance is a necessary form of human expression; a way to play and stimulate our creative energy. Kate has been dancing since the womb and has 20+ years of teaching Contemporary technique, Creative Movement & Improvisation.
